7% Early Order Discount
As we will not be exhibiting at The Showmans Show this year we are offering a 7% Early Order Discount on all Marquee sections and interior marquee linings for orders placed before the end of this year for spring 2009, or earlier if required.
This saving equates to 12% when the unavoidable 5% price increases as a result of fabric and other raw material costs to us, take effect from January 2009 is taken into consideration.

Ferrari® Fabrics for Marquees Tents and Structures
Milton (Leicester) Ltd are the sole UK agent and distributor for Ferrari® a manufacturer of innovative technological fabrics utilizing high performance recyclable composite membranes for marquees, tents and structures.
We have been proud to supply Weatherill Brothers Marquees for many years, who produce marquees of an excellent quality using the best technical materials available on the market.
Our marquee fabrics are manufactured using the unique and exclusive patented Ferrari Precontraint® technology.In this process the high tenacity polyester base fabric is under constant tension in both the warp and weft direction during the coating process. When the high performance surface polymers are applied, both the warp and weft yarns are completely straight and the tension produces a flat coating surface, allowing a thicker coating to be applied compared to conventional coated fabrics.
This results in the following advantages:
- Ensures exceptional dimensional stability almost identical in both warp and weft directions.
- Excellent resistance to elongation. The stability and regularity of the yarns result in 3 times less elongation in the weft direction than conventional coated fabrics.
- A greater coating thickness for outstanding longevity. The Ferrari Precontraint® technology produces a lighter weight fabric and a thicker surface coating protecting the yarns. This technique provides greater ease of handling and a longer life due to the added protection from UV light and other adverse environmental conditions.
After coating our marquee fabrics are treated with a high performance lacquer (an alloy of fluorinated and acrylic resins). This helps to maintain the appearance of the structures over time.
The Ferrari® 502S marquee fabric supplied to Weatherill Brothers also comes with a 5 year limited warranty, CR treated Yarns (capillary resistant yarns to help avoid wicking) and is flame retardant to BS 7837. We have also recently achieved a Euro class rating of B S2 d0 according to the European norm EN13501-1.
